Bruce Smeaton

ruce Smeaton brings a new dynamic to both the online and offline marketing activities of the company.

He designed, created the content for, and now manages both the corporate blog AND the company website.

He is also a senior property consultant.

Bruce's 34 years in the work-force have seen him engaged in a diverse range of pursuits, ranging from: a stint on a fishing trawler; shunting trains at Sydney's Central Railway; writing international award-winning advertising for one of Australia's leading advertising agencies; trading the global forex markets; working as a mobile mortgage manager for several leading New Zealand banks... through to his present role as webmaster for Compass Property Investments.

He's worked extensively overseas in Australia and Europe, and travels regularly to the US to further his education in search engine optimisation.

He has a great love of meeting people. He's a "problem solver" and a "motivator"...and will work with our clients for as long as it takes, to ensure that they're well and truly set on the path to financial freedom.

His background in banking means that "where needed, he's able to offer advanced financial and lending advice to our clients". He's also comfortable with discussing the tax implications of investment property ownership and how and why it can differ from individual to individual.
