Carolyn Rip

arketing residential property in South Africa for almost 20 years has seen Carolyn arrive in New Zealand with an in-depth understanding for - and appreciation of - the stumbling blocks and learning curves that every day New Zealanders face when it comes to investing in property.
During her time in South Africa Carolyn worked closely with property developers, advising them on market trends and educating them on the needs and requirements of prospective buyers.
She specialised in putting together turnkey building packages for large construction development companies, particularly involving 'gated communities' (necessary as a first line of defence against the rising crime rate in SA).
She also assisted her clients with the often confusing and complex tasks around liasing with architects, gaining consents and deciding on plans and finishes.
Carolyn has a wonderfully enthusiastic personality and really knows how to empathise with first-time property investors. Her international knowledge and understanding of investment property is a huge asset to the company.
She arrived in New Zealand with her husband and children in November of 2006 and has already left an indelible impression on her clients to-date.
Together with her husband, Carolyn owns a 10-metre launch. During the warmer months she and hubby spend endless hours together exploring the many quiet bays north of Auckland as well as snorkling and swimming in the shallows.
