How long has CPI been in
business?
CPI (Compass Property Investments) was incorporated in February 2006. However, most of the management and staff have previously worked together in a similar operation for more than 6 years.
The reason for the "move" to the new company was so a "private lease" could be offered to New Zealand property investors who either didn't want an HNZ lease arrangement, or where certain "high-potential growth properties" were in areas that HNZ had no presence.

At CPI (Compass Property Investments) there are no admin fees, no service fees, no "percentage of sale profit" fees - just a one-off property brokerage fee of $6,500 + GST.
For properties under management with CPI's private lease, there is a one-off $1,000 establishment fee and a standard property management fee.

The administration office of Compass Property Investments is open from 9.am until 5.pm, Monday to Friday. Clients are welcome to visit us after 5.pm or on Saturdays for property investment analysis or property investment planning sessions, but strictly by appointment only.
