Michael Sullivan

ichael Sullivan originally hails from Adelaide, South Australia where he created and ran a wholesale / retail travel office specialising in adventure travel in South East Asia.

With a Business Administration Degree under his belt he left Australian shores back in the 1990's and spent five years in travel and tourism in Europe, Russia, North Africa and the Middle East. Following a brief return to Adelaide he opted for a career change and moved to New Zealand in a training capacity.

Initially Michael became a travel, tourism and business tutor in an Auckland Business College, specializing in Marketing, Public Relations, Management and Business Planning.

When he became attracted to the concept of wealth creation (and lets face it... who wouldn't be!) he found himself drawn to a friendship with the now partner / director of Compass Property Investments, Harry Somaraju. This resulted in Michael establishing a portfolio of three quality investment properties.

Michael is one of those rare human beings who, in chameleon-like fashion, has the ability to meet with - and relate to - clients and colleagues on all levels. His personable nature enables him to "hear" what his clients want. And a sound infrastructure behind him allows Michael to facilitate it with confidence and expertise.

"Job satisfaction" for Michael comes down to 'knowing that he has helped his clients above and beyond the call of duty' with regard to the establishment of an investment property portfolio' - especially when these same clients would've almost certainly missed the opportunity to provide for themselves in retirement had he not been there to guide them!

Michael has a great passion for his work and is looking forward to his next major challenge - taking the learning curves and knowledge gained over the past 10 years in New Zealand and establishing a replica model of the Compass Property Investments concept in Australia.
