Pamela Robinson is without doubt, that "someone".
On the face of it, the fact that she's a master in Shotokan Karate and an ex-trainer of steeple chase horses doesn't instantly point to her having the credentials needed to seamlessly manage a large outbound telemarketing operation.
However, hiring and training call-centre teams; liasing with prospective customers; co-ordinating client mail-outs and managing the customer / consultant appointment process is EXACTLY what Pam does so well!
With a strong background in customer service and more than 6 years experience in the property industry as a telemarketing / call-centre co-ordinator, Pam is a welcome edition to the Compass Team.
