Radha Vaddiraju

eet Radha Vaddiraju - "Property Consultant Of The Year" and twice "Runner-Up" within the past 6 years - certainly credentials to be proud of. And Radha can be proud - she's not only outperformed most of the guys year in and year out, but she has sold in excess of 70 properties during this time!

Radha worked for rival property investment company, Wealth Buy Property between 2001 and 2005, before making the move to Compass Property Investments in February 2006.

Although her major sales performances were achieved during her time at Wealth Buy Property, the experience gained has led to Radha being promoted to the position of "Marketing Manager India" - a pivotal role that will see her spear-heading the Company's activities in India.

An owner of two Housing New Zealand rent-guaranteed investment properties as well as the family home with her husband of 24 years, Radha puts her success down to the following...

"I practice what I preach... and I preach what I practice".

Radha and her husband are on track to add to their property portfolio in the very near future, with a long-term strategy of acquiring one or more new properties every two years.

"I explain to my clients how an investment in residential property - particularly property that is backed by a 10 - 15 year Government guaranteed rental guarantee - is one of the very best steps they can take if retiring on a high five figure income is an attractive option to them. After all, that is precisely what my husband and I will be doing... and we wouldn't have had a chance of achieving such an exciting goal if it hadn't been for investing in property".

Before migrating to New Zealand with her husband and two sons in 1999, Radha worked as a school teacher in India for over 14 years. She taught all levels of schooling from Kindergarten to high school. Her qualifications include: B.Sc., B. Ed., M.A.

She also took an active role in the "family business" - a paper and stationary shop - as well as being a mum to her two ("then young") children.

Radha currently lives with her husband and two sons in the West Auckland suburb of Henderson.
