Sailaja Beerakayala

ailaja is both "Office Manager" and administrative "all-rounder". She maintains company accounts including payroll, accounts payable and receivable. She also manages a range general administrative duties.

A secondary role sees her assisting with telemarketing data maintenance and liasing with "outsource service providers".

Currently, Sailaja is in the process of acquiring a qualification in Small Business Accounting. She is also mastering MYOB.

Sailaja migrated to New Zealand from India in 2004. She presently lives in Birkdale with her husband and two daughters.

As someone who works with figures day in and day out, Sailaja knows all too well the benefits of owning residential investment property. She and her husband own an investment property back in India and are now looking to begin acquiring quality rental properties here in Auckland.

Sailaja's hobbies and interests include: reading fiction --- her latest favourite is the "Harry Potter Series". Music - particularly old Hindi classics - is another great passion of hers. Cooking and traveling come next.
