Disclaimer, Confidentiality & Release

1. Acknowledgments by participant

(a) The participant acknowledges that the presenter at this event is not:
    (i) qualified accountants;
    (ii) qualified finance professionals;
    (iii) licensed real estate agents;
    (iv) licensed financial planners or advisors;

(b) all information including materials referred to or provided to the Participant
     by the Presenter has been obtained by the Presenter solely from their own
     experience as a business owner and is referred to or provided as general
     information only which:
    (i) further research to identify its application to the will require specific requirements of the Participant: and
    (ii) will, dependant on the further research to be undertaken as    
         referred to in sub-paragraph (i) above, require modification to
         appropriately apply to the specific requirements of the participant;
and
    (iii) example only and is not is referred to or provided by way of intended to be nor is it acceptable
          specific investment recommendations or advice for the participant.
    (iv) The Presenters do not give any financial service business
          advice or any financial service. Nor do they have any interest
          in any financial product, and the participant acknowledges
          that it is their own sole decision as to whether they wish to
          apply, dispose or require financial products and they have not
          relied on the presenters in that regard, nor should any reference
          to superannuation (if any) be deemed by the participant
          to be endorsed by the presenters and the participant further
          acknowledges that the presenters do not endorse any forms
          of investment in any financial products.

(c) No investment decision should be made by the Participant, based solely
    on the information and the Participant should obtain independent financial
    and legal advice in respect of specific investments contemplated by the
    Participant.

(d) Any investment undertaken whether as a result of information provided by
    the Presenters or otherwise will be undertaken only after:
    (i) consideration of all relevant facts and issues; and
    (ii) obtaining independent financial, investment and legal advice

(f) copyright and intellectual property rights in and to the information belongs
    to the Presenters or their suppliers absolutely:

(g) the Participant is not authorised to nor shall he photograph and/or record
     the seminar in which he is participating.

(h) The Participant shall not duplicate by any means whatsoever any of the
     information.
    (i) The Participant further acknowledges that there is no guarantee that profit
        will be made as an entrepreneur. The presentation given by the Presenters is
        one of the many learning tools required by any Participant that a Participant
        may require before participating in their own business.

2. Release
The participant releases forever the Presenters from all and any responsibility or
liability for any losses claims or demands that directly or indirectly may be incurred
as a result of the Participant using the information obtained for investment or other
purposes.

3. Authority
The Participant acknowledges that the Presenters may photograph and/or record
the seminar in which the Participant is participating and authorises the Presenter to
utilise any such photographs and/or recording in any manner whatsoever.

4. Restraint
The Participant hereby agrees that it may not (whether expressly or implied) represent
or hold out to any person that the Participant is a Representative, agent,
employee, partner or in any way connected with the Presenter.
